Jurnal Konseling dan Pendidikan (JKP) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to publishing the scholarly works that advance theory, research, and professional practice in counseling, education, psychology, human development, behavioral sciences, and related social sciences. The journal publishes original research articles, systematic literature reviews, meta-analyses, theoretical papers, case studies, and evidence-based discussions that contribute to improving individual well-being, educational quality, community development, and public policy related to education and human development.

The journal also considers interdisciplinary studies originating from related fields, provided that they demonstrate a clear theoretical, empirical, methodological, or practical contribution to counseling, education, psychology, human development, behavioral sciences, or the broader social sciences. Manuscripts whose primary focus falls outside these areas will only be considered when their relevance to the journal's aims and scope is explicitly demonstrated.
